I cannot speak highly enough about Neel. Neel is an expert in the math course content and could explain the concepts to our son much better and faster than we could (we were trying to relearn these concepts that we haven't looked at in 30 years.) He also reviews the homework sets prior to meeting with my son so he can be prepared to have the session move along efficiently. On top of this, Neel is just a nice, approachable person that makes my son feel comfortable about learning and not anxious about any mistakes that are being made. Within 2 sessions, my son transformed from being stressed and anxious to feeling confident and positive about the course.

I would also say from the the administration side, Eric was very helpful and responsive. The only strange thing that happened is when I filled out an initial contact form online, someone else from a different part of Elite first contacted me about group tutoring which was not what I wanted. The next day Eric called me and I was a bit confused but he cleared things up (I'm guessing its a franchise issue.) If you want a 1-1 tutor for you child, please make sure you talk to Eric, it is worth it.

My daughter was really impressed and looks forward to her next session with John. She said John Anderson made her feel at ease with what seemed to her, a lofty subject. John also offered valuable advice on how to study and retain the information she is learning.
